Product availabilityCoffeeAll coffee is roasted per order to enable maximum freshness and therefore enjoyment. Coffee orders will be roasted and dispatched when payment is validated / received. From receipt of payment please allow two working days plus shipping time. GeneralTime of delivery is dependent on stock availability. Should stock be available, orders will be dispatched the same day that payment is validated / received. Should the product be unavailable, Bean There Coffee Company will contact you directly with a delivery time estimate. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously; however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Bean There Coffee Company will contact you directly with a revised delivery schedule. All orders placed after 12h00 (CAT) on Fridays will be processed the following business day. Delivery PolicyWhen you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms and Conditions. In the table above the basic charge will always apply and will vary depending on the area being shipped to. An outlying charge will apply in the case that the address being shipped to is designated as outlying by the company that we ship with. Further charges will also be levied in the case that the shipping address is identified as being in a high risk area/ in a township/ in a remote area in this case a further charge of R120 will apply. We understand that the R120 surcharge applied is substantial and we don't want this to deter you from ordering our coffee! So please feel free to contact us if this surcharge applies to you, and we can discuss and make alternate arrangements (ie shipping to your local post office). Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Undeliverable packagesOccasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
